We are currently seeking a Sales Business Development Representative (BDC) to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the sales process by managing customer inquiries, following up on leads, scheduling showroom appointments, and helping drive customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow dealership scripts and processes for all inbound and outbound communications.
- Answer incoming sales calls and respond to internet leads promptly and professionally.
- Accurately maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments while ensuring fair distribution among the sales team.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to leads, prospects, and previous customers.
- Complete daily call activities, including lead follow-ups, appointment confirmations, marketing campaigns, and task list assignments.
- Make a minimum of 125 outbound calls per day and set 5–7 qualified appointments daily.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous call center, BDC, sales, or customer service experience preferred; automotive experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone skills.
- Excellent follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills; CRM experience preferred.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance, customer satisfaction, and results.
- Positive, professional, and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Regular attendance and dependability are required.
