Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time & PRN | $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Full-Time: $42–50/hour, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus
PRN: $55–65/hour
Shift: Daytime hours

Vertical Health Services is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to join our in-house therapy team in Saint Joseph, MO. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with rehab facilities across Missouri, offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - including speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care patients
  • Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
  • Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
  • Use current equipment and modalities in our newly renovated therapy gym

What You'll Need

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach

SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
