General Sales Manager/New Car Manager

We are a multi-time Acura Precision Team winner.   This position requires initiating our sales process to ensure success. Having knowledge of Honda/Acura operating systems are a major plus.  Having Finance and Insurance knowledge is needed in order to properly desk a deal.  

Requirements:

1. 5 years of Automotive Sales Retail Management Experience
2. Demonstrated ability to drive sales volume
3. Finance Knowledge
4. New Car Management 
5. CDK e/leads system
6. Marketing platform knowledge
7. BDC Knowledge
8. Vehicle Marketplace knowledge
