Now Hiring: Full-Time Vehicle State Inspection Technician
Location: Acton Ford, Acton, MA
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
Hours: 8am-5pm Tues-Fri, 8am-3pm Saturday

Acton Ford is looking for a detail-oriented, licensed Massachusetts State Vehicle Inspector to join our team full-time. If you're passionate about automotive safety and customer service, and you hold a valid Massachusetts Vehicle Check Inspector License, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform Massachusetts state inspections on customer and dealership vehicles

• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and safety standards

• Assist with vehicle movement and lot organization during downtime

• Support the service team with new vehicle prep as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Massachusetts State Vehicle Inspection License (required)

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Willingness to pitch in with a team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday

Opportunities For Advancement

We have a history of developing inspection technicians. Typical career progression includes obtainment of a Commercial Inspection license, followed by training for maintenance, tire services and light repair for interested candidates. This position is available due to a promotion from within!
