• Provide concierge-level service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues promptly

• Maintain accurate guest records and process payments

• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Uphold Marriott brand standards and AC Hotel’s commitment to modern hospitality

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in computer systems; knowledge of Marriott systems (like Fossee) is a plus

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude
