Located on the ground floor of the AC Hotel Marriott Vancouver Waterfront, the restaurant serves elevated Mediterranean dishes with perfectly curated flavors. The restaurant is currently under renovation and will re-open soon with a new identity and flair.
The Role
As The Server you will be responsible for responsible for providing service that is fast, friendly, efficient and professional, while maintaining all sanitation standards.

Responsibilities
- Has a friendly, personable style with guests. Anticipates customer needs before they ask
- Consistently upsells both food and beverage items when taking the guests order
- Serves orders quickly - serves hot foods hot and serves cold foods as cold
- Attentive to guest needs such as keeping beverages full, serving condiments before food delivered and checking back with guests on their meal
Requirements
- Minimum High School diploma or GED
- Hospitality experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Ability and flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Some experience with restaurant computer systems
- Experience handling cash and credit card procedures
- Basic Math skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability and flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler’s Card, Alcohol Server Training, ServeSafe Certification
