MARKETING COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
Abstrakt Marketing Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, employer branding efforts, and recruiting-related marketing. This role will serve as a key execution partner to the Marketing team, helping bring ideas to life across events, content, and culture-driven initiatives. The position reports to the Chief Creative Officer.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a willingness to jump in wherever needed. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, and is excited to support initiatives that directly impact employee experience, company culture, and brand perception.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the planning and execution of internal events, including Vision Meetings, Celebration Meetings, Monthly Challenges, ERG events, and other employee engagement initiatives

Assist with drafting and distributing internal communications across platforms (Teams, email, intranet), ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and aligned

Help coordinate employer branding efforts, including awards submissions, blog support, and reputation management initiatives (Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.)

Assist in creating basic content using Canva, including internal announcements, event materials, and recruiting-related assets

Support capturing and organizing photo and video content from events and day-to-day office moments, partnering with the video producer

Maintain project trackers, calendars, and planning documents to keep initiatives organized and on schedule

Support recruiting marketing efforts, including job posting coordination and campaign execution

Assist in coordinating internal programs such as the Captains program, including scheduling, materials, and follow-ups

Help manage day-to-day coordination for internal partnerships such as FACTOR and Abstrakt Eats, including vendor communication and internal employee communication

Assist with ordering and organizing supplies for events and initiatives (food, decor, print materials, etc.)

Support tracking and organizing data related to engagement efforts and initiatives

Provide general marketing and communications support across a variety of projects, adapting to evolving team needs

Take direction from leadership while demonstrating ownership and follow-through on assigned tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS

1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field (internships included)

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization

Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Ability to identify and amplify positive employee stories and culture-driven content

Interest in internal communications, employee engagement, and employer branding
