This isn't a role where you'll simply schedule posts and track likes. You'll own our social strategy from end to end—creating content, building engagement, leveraging AI, launching campaigns, growing our brand presence, and generating qualified pipeline that impacts the business.

What You'll Do

Own Our Social Media Growth Strategy

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy focused on brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand our audience and increase market influence across multiple platforms.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and competitive activity.

Create Content That Drives Results

• Produce compelling short-form and long-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and X.
• Film, edit, and publish video content that educates, entertains, and converts.
• Build thought leadership campaigns that position Abstrakt as an industry authority.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation, testing, and optimization.

Drive Engagement & Brand Reputation

• Build meaningful conversations with prospects, clients, employees, and industry influencers.
• Manage engagement across all social platforms, responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
• Oversee online reputation management across Glassdoor, Indeed, Google, Better Business Bureau, and other review platforms.
• Identify recurring feedback trends and help improve overall brand perception.

Generate Pipeline & Measure Success

• Launch and optimize organic and paid social campaigns designed to generate qualified leads.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results through testing and experimentation.
• Analyze key performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Connect social media efforts directly to pipeline and business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B social media marketing experience.
• Proven success generating leads, opportunities, or revenue through social media campaigns.
• Experience managing campaigns from concept through execution and optimization.
• Strong video production skills, including filming and editing.
• Expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and/or X.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, CapCut AI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and community management skills.
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing for a B2B agency, professional services firm, or growth-focused organization.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and serving as a brand ambassador.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other marketing automation platforms.
• Portfolio showcasing B2B content, thought leadership, or brand storytelling campaigns.
• Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
