Speech Therapist

Description of the role:

As a Speech Therapist at About You In Home Care in Gulfport, MS, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages. Your role will involve developing individualized treatment plans and working closely with patients to improve their speech and language abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating patients' speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Developing and implementing treatment plans
• Providing therapy and exercises to improve communication skills
• Documenting patient progress and outcomes
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• State licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist
• Experience working with patients of all ages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
