Abernathy Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for current client needs. We're looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who enjoy working one-on-one with seniors and adults in the comfort of their own homes.

With $19–$21/hour, flexible scheduling, paid orientation, and a variety of available shifts, you can find opportunities that work with your life—not the other way around.

What You'll Do as an HHA

You'll provide personalized care based on each client's individual care plan and help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Your day may include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Helping with mobility and ambulation
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Providing medication reminders
• Offering companionship and conversation
• Accompanying clients to appointments or errands
• Supporting clients living with dementia or memory loss
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
• Helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life

What We're Looking For

• Current Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
• Current TB documentation
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Strong communication skills
• Compassionate and professional approach to caregiving

Previous home care experience is welcomed, but not required.
