Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Aide (PCA) – $19–$25/hr

Abernathy Home Care is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors throughout Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, and nearby communities.

Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, weekdays, evenings, weekends, short shifts, or longer assignments, we'll work with your availability and strive to keep your clients close to home.

Responsibilities

As an HHA or PCA, you will:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Escort clients to appointments and errands
• Observe and report changes in clients' condition
• Follow individualized care plans
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• Current Massachusetts HHA or PCA Certification
• Current TB documentation
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

Previous home care experience is welcomed but not required.
