Abernathy Home Care is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors throughout Lynn & the surrounding communities.
Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, weekdays, evenings, weekends, or short shifts, we'll work with your availability and strive to keep your clients close to home.

What You'll Do
As an HHA or PCA, you'll help seniors remain safe and independent by:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Helping with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Providing medication reminders
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Escorting clients to appointments or community outings when needed
- Observing and reporting changes in clients' condition
- Following individualized care plans
Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- Current Massachusetts HHA or PCA Certification
- Current TB documentation
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Previous home care experience is welcomed but not required.
