Position Summary
As a Homemaker/Companion, you will provide essential non-medical home care services that help older adults remain safe and independent in their homes. This role focuses on companionship, light housekeeping, and household support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide companionship and social engagement

Perform light housekeeping and laundry

Prepare simple, nutritious meals

Assist with errands and shopping as needed

Provide safety supervision and general support

Observe and report changes in client condition

Maintain professional communication and documentation

Minimum Requirements

No prior experience required — training available

Must enjoy working with seniors/elders

Valid driver’s license in good standing

Reliable vehicle required

Must be able to work short shifts

Must be at least 18 years of age

Dependable, punctual, and professional

Physically able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs

Must pass CORI/background and professional reference checks
