JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Homemakers, and Heavy Chore Workers to support clients in Arlington, MA and surrounding communities. This role offers short daytime shifts with the ability to stack nearby cases to create a consistent schedule between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Provide personal care assistance
• Light housekeeping and homemaking
• Meal preparation and companionship
• Errands and heavy chore support as needed
• Deliver care with dignity, respect, and professionalism

SCHEDULE 
• Short day shifts (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
• Flexible weekday scheduling
• Ability to stack local cases

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to assist with daily living activities, light lifting, standing, walking, and household tasks as required
