Requirements:

• Multi-tasking in very fast-paced environment, with professional and friendly demeanor

• Knowledge of Automotive Parts is a plus

• Face to Face Customer Service 1 year

• Administrative and Organizational Skills, Pay attention to Detail

• Experience as Automotive service Advisor is Huge Plus
•  Valid Drivers License and pass drug Screening

Responsibilities:

• This is arguably the most important position in our dealership. You are the communication bridge between our service team and the customer. You lead the complicated process of assessing customer needs and suggesting solutions, verifying coverage, preparing estimates, and verifying completion of repairs and maintenance. 

• You ensure that our work meets the customers’ expectations, while obtaining necessary authorizations and approvals from insurance carriers, factory and aftermarket warranties

• You will be assigning work to technicians, and keeping the customer informed of the service of their vehicle
