We are looking for Compassionate Care Partners to support seniors in Rio Vista, including the Trilogy Retirement Community.

The Care You’ll Provide

Our Care Partners help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

Your day may include:

• Personal care and assistance with ADLs
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Companionship and meaningful conversation
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
• Encouragement and emotional support
• Helping seniors maintain their routines and independence

Sometimes the smallest moments mean the most.

A little laughter.

The Kind of Care Partner We’re Looking For

You don’t have to be perfect.

You do need to be someone our seniors can depend on.

We’re looking for caregivers who are:

• Kind and compassionate
• Patient and respectful
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Able to connect with seniors and make them feel valued
• Committed to providing high-quality care

One year of caregiving experience is preferred, and personal caregiving experience counts.

Requirements

• Valid California Driver’s License
• Personal registered and insured vehicle
• Reliable transportation

Compensation & Growth

• Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Paid bi-weekly
• Pay increase after 90 days
• Annual raises thereafter
