Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with computer systems and point-of-sale technology.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
