228Cocina is a fast-growing food truck known for fresh flavors, quality ingredients, and exceptional customer service. We take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel like family.  We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable Waitress/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously

  • Present menus and explain specials

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders

  • Enter orders into Square system

  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner

  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction

  • Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately

  • Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

  • Assist team members as needed during busy periods

Qualifications

  • Previous serving experience preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

  • Must be available evenings and weekends

  • Valid driver's license
