Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing and leasing process
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Demonstrate product knowledge and vehicle features
• Conduct test drives and explain financing and leasing options
• Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, and previous customers
• Maintain accurate CRM and customer records
• Work closely with sales management and finance departments to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive sales experience is required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to pass a background check

Compensation

• Commission-based pay
• Bonus opportunities available
• Potential earnings: $90,000 – $150,000+ annually

Schedule

• Full-time
• Weekend availability required
