Company Overview

The Compliance Services Organization didn't exist. We built it.

MP1 Solutions pioneered the Compliance Services Organization (CSO) — a new category of operating partner built to replace the fragmented vendor model that has defined compliance programs for decades. Built on the foundation of MedPro Disposal, the nation's largest privately-held medical waste company serving 35,000+ providers across 48 states over the past 15 years, MP1 Solutions extends that operational infrastructure, vendor network, and customer trust into a category we're actively building — and leading. We're doing it with a technology-forward approach, actively developing the AI infrastructure that will make this model smarter, faster, and more scalable as we grow.

What we do: We operate as the single compliance partner for non-acute healthcare facilities — consolidating every obligation into one coordinated program, assigning one dedicated account manager as the point of accountability, and actively managing the underlying vendor ecosystem through continuous evaluation, negotiation, and optimization on the practice's behalf.

Why it matters: Regulated facilities across the country are managing compliance the same fragmented way they always have. We're changing that — and we're looking for people who want to help build what comes next.

Our technology: We're actively building the AI infrastructure that sits behind this model — automating compliance tracking, surfacing risks before they become problems, and creating a system that gets smarter with every client we add. If you want to build at the intersection of compliance and technology, you're in the right place.

Our impact: Our clients never have to worry about something falling through the cracks — obligations are coordinated, tracked, and documented in one place. We audit costs, eliminate overcharges, and deliver proof of compliance that always keeps practices inspection ready. Every client has one dedicated account manager who owns their program end to end. And unlike a traditional vendor relationship, our model is designed to get better over time — continuously re-evaluated, optimized, and improved with every client we serve.

Position Overview:

MedPro Disposal is one of the fastest-growing healthcare compliance companies in the United States, serving 40,000+ clients across 48 states — and organic search is a critical growth channel. We are looking for a skilled SEO & AEO Specialist to own and maximize our search presence across the full MedPro portfolio of domains, including both traditional SEO and the emerging frontier of AI-driven answer engine optimization (AEO). This person will not just manage rankings — they will build the systems, workflows, and AI-powered processes that make our search engine presence self-improving and scalable. Success looks like dominant, compounding organic visibility that consistently drives qualified leads into our pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own SEO and AEO strategy across the MedPro portfolio of domains — including on-page, technical, and off-page optimization — with a relentless focus on rankings, visibility, and qualified traffic.

  • Lead Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) efforts to ensure MedPro content is surfaced prominently in AI-generated search results, featured snippets, Google AI Overviews, and LLM-based query responses.

  • Build and manage AI-powered SEO workflows using tools such as n8n, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms to automate content optimization, keyword clustering, internal linking, and reporting.

  • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits — crawl analysis, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, site architecture, JavaScript rendering — and execute fixes in coordination with the development team.

  • Perform ongoing keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content gaps, ranking opportunities, and high-intent search terms in the healthcare compliance and medical waste verticals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and optimize SEO-driven content briefs, landing pages, and blog assets aligned to our target buyer personas.

  • Track, report, and continuously improve performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO platform dashboards — translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI search developments, and industry best practices — proactively adapting strategy to maintain and grow our competitive position.

Qualifications:

Required

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable results (traffic growth, ranking improvements, lead attribution).

  • Proven experience with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), AI Overviews, featured snippets, and structuring content for LLM-based search.

  • Strong command of technical SEO: site audits, crawl optimization, structured data/schema, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO.

  • Experience building or managing AI-powered workflows (e.g., n8n, Zapier, GPT-based automation) applied to SEO processes.

  • Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one major SEO platform (Ahrefs or Semrush strongly preferred).

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) and basic HTML/CSS for on-page implementation.

  • Strong analytical mindset — able to translate data into clear strategy and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent written English communication skills for documentation, briefs, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Must be available to overlap with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in healthcare, medical, or regulated industry SEO.

  • Familiarity with Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, or BigQuery for advanced reporting.

  • Understanding of B2B lead generation and how organic search ties to pipeline and revenue.

  • Experience with programmatic or AI-assisted content strategies at scale.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $27–$40/hour, based on experience, SEO/AEO expertise, and demonstrated results

  • Part-time contract role (20 hours/week) with flexible scheduling and preferred overlap with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST)

  • Direct ownership of organic search performance and AI-driven visibility (AEO) across a national portfolio of domains

  • Opportunity to build and scale AI-powered SEO systems and workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and automation platforms

  • High-impact role with clear accountability to rankings, traffic growth, and pipeline contribution

  • Close collaboration with marketing, content, and development teams to drive full-funnel organic growth

  • Performance-driven environment where success is measured by search visibility, lead generation, and continuous optimization

  • Potential for contract extension or expanded scope based on performance and business needs
